Bookings Terms and Conditions

Bond Estate caters for up to 9 guests and is family friendly. Bookings are based on whole house occupancy so you will have the entire property for your exclusive use.

Terms and Conditions

  • No additional guests will be allowed to use the facilities unless pre-approved
  • No additional guests will be allowed to stay unless pre-approved
  • No parties will be allowed unless pre-approved
  • Any breakages, damage or additional cleaning shall be paid for by the principle guest who booked
  • Excessive outdoor noise is not permitted i.e. loud music

Rates may vary from time to time depending on the season, demand, special deals or length of stay. Please make an enquiry for the latest prices.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free of charge up to 10 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations within 10 days of arrival will forfeit 10% of the cost of your entire stay.

Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit 50% of the cost of your entire stay.

No shows will forfeit 100% of the cost of your entire stay.

Refunds will only be made to the original source of funds used to book Bond Estate.

Check in time is 2pm.

Check out time is 10am.
